I picked this up from a custom woodworker in San Diego in 2006. It was originally owned by the San Diego Unified School District. I put it right into service but after a few uses the top rubber tire let go while I was using it. That will make you jump out of your shorts. I replaced both tires along with the bearings and after crowning it runs smooth and quiet.
