Philly CL find. Specs:
The body is cast iron, 6" tall.
Porous bronze bearings and spring cap oil cups.
1/2-24 arbor with 1 3/4" dia. steel pulley with two set screws.
Tapped holes at sides showing wear for tool rests, but those are long gone.
Shown in 1941-1943 Craftsman catalogues.
Original blue paint.
