Bought this on an online only auction from the Paddock Tool Co. of band saw guide fame. They no longer were using any of the equipment at the original pattern shop location southwest of downtown Kansas City, Kansas. Most of it had been sitting for a decade or so it seemed. They had moved production to a different location previously. From discussions with the family member in charge of the auction dispersal they no longer actually manufacture the guides themselves, just distribute them.
The location and removal was a bit of a challenge. The shop was in storefront in an urban location. The only reasonable way out with everything was through the 3' front door. Then down the sidewalk, past the check cashing place and in front of the money wiring operation. I was parallel parked next to the curb on a four lane street. Thankfully one of the other buyers was there with a friend and his skid steer and they graciously offered to lift it into the truck bed.
I have a thing for these pot bellied sanders. They are not as technically advanced as Kindt-Collins later disc sanders but they make up for it in curvaceousness. This particular machine has the optional internal blower and catch barrel. All the fittings and the lid of the barrel are cast iron. This is one heavy mother for a sander. It is silky smooth running. The blower is surprisingly powerful also.
I have the remains of the 18" version of this sander tucked away for someday. Now with this machine in my possession I can take something better than an educated guess at what the missing parts should look like.

Front view with collector barrel disconnected. The reddish goop on the disc and the machine base is sticky disc adhesive.

Left side view with more of the collector barrel. The bin was full of about 50# of vintage sawdust also.

Louvered door badge. Not quite as garish as the giant WWF looking Grizzly badges. It has a bit more class.

Inside of the light fixture. I still haven't rounded up a 240v bulb to try it out.

Just to give you and idea of how much cast iron is in this thing, the starter switch is bolted to about 3# of cast bracketry.

Peerless 2hp, 3ph motor. The wiring is a bit scary, but looks original. I'm beginning to wonder if it didn't come from Cleveland that way?
