Comments:
This South Bend OD "external" tool post grinder was in sad shape when I bought it and was damaged in shipment. But, because it's a fairly unique grinder I was committed to restoring and using it on my 1936 South Bend lathe. I was able to buy NOS motor mount castings, bearings and belt. I disassembled it down to individual parts, cleaned, repaired wiring, painted and reassembled it. (SOLD)

The motor was a tad filthy inside as well from decades of use.
