I have no real history on this. It did come to me by way of the $Bay and El Paso, TX. My friend and enabler "Nancy K" spotted this for me, & we call them "itty bitty" grinders. The arbor is 1/2 x 6 9/16 and the wheels meas. 5/8 x 3, the base is 3 3/4 x 3.
