Acquired in Snohomish County, Washington. Has been run hard.
This is a Rowley and Hermance machine. Typical side head set up. Innovative feed re-design. Back to the clutch (which they had disparaged 30 years prior). Patent speed change. Involves a compound gear, no "extra" gear.
