Found this outside several years ago in South Eastern Mass where it had been used in a small complex where both blacksmithing and wood box making were performed. Not a speck of rust on the bearing surfaces! 1 ¼ inch diameter arbor. Note the lack of tool rest supports also seen on my Union Stone bench grinder.

Not directly signed by the manufacturer but the use of their interlocking circles trademark in the frame ends is as good as a signature.
