I bought this lathe from the son of the guy that used it in a manufacturing plant near New Lisbon Wisconsin. His father bought it from the company he worked for. After he had retired, he had it placed in his basement. I’m sure that the son didn’t enjoy bringing it back out of the basement either!! It is wired for 220v single phase, with a ½ horse motor. I do not know when it was made, if anyone knows anything about the year this machine was made, I would greatly appreciate it. I had to have both end stock and drive milled to accept a M2 taper. It seemed to have a special taper from the manufacture. It is a four speed with belt drive. A nice, solid machine. Also, I had replaced the oil filler with a grease fitting on the idler roller, there didn’t seem to be any way of getting oil in it safely.

additional tape from original owner. This gave a slower speed.
