This is a 10x24 Logan metal lathe, Model 820, which is determined by the combination of size, quick-change gears, legs (rather than cabinet), standard tailstock, and flat belts. A nice chart that can be used to identify essentially any specific model of Logan lathe can be found here:

I picked this up in restored condition several years ago and have found it to serve quite well for a mid-size garage shop lathe.
