This machine came out of a furniture factory in Dunn, North Carolina. The motor is 5hp 3ph 440v single voltage. The spindle is 1 1/8". This is a two speed machine, and will run at 7500 rpm or 15,000 rpm. The higher speed is for use with a stub collet spindle (which I am trying to locate) and router bits. The table, rather than the spindle, raises and lowers to adjust the cut. The table, spindle, and spindle drive belt are as described for the Onsrud shaper posted by William Thomas.
