THIS MACHINE IS NOT FOR SALE, DON'T ASK, AND NO I DO NOT WANT TO TRADE YOUR ITEM "X" FOR IT. THIS IS NOT A SALES FORUM AND I DO NOT HAVE MACHINERY FOR SALE HERE.
I located this saw bench in an old mill/forge/machine shop on the west side of Buffalo, NY. The bldgs owner wanted it gone, I purch'd it for $100.00. Too bad that it doesn't have at least one miter gauge, I know that this saw came with two originally, and a fence for ripping. Only a portion of the fence rail survives and when found a very worn out wooden extension had been scabbed on. It is quite rusty, but not pitted. Having the pulleys and belts intact helps me understand how this was originally set up and ran. The original blade inserts are of oak. The table does not tilt for angled cuts. For depth of cut, the table is raised/lowered. For more discussion on the saw, go to this link:
