Found in my dads old shop. I have no idea where he might have gotten it, but knowing my dad he probably got it at a swap meet or garage sale for little or next to nothing. I just ran across it and knew if I didn't adopt it, it would have ended up at the scrap yard. No badges present or identifying marks, but was informed by member Brian K. of it's possible Powr-Kraft manufacture. (Update) Been meaning to add to this for a while now. In the picture below showing the underside of the machine, I originally described it as showing the electric motor that powers the saw. In fact it's just the gearbox. Not sure how the motor would have been attached or even what type of motor it was, and I'll probably never know. For now, it's just being shelved and I'll continue to search for clues or (fingers crossed!!!) another machine for reference/parts.

View from underneath showing gear box. The bracket on the shaft that is connected to the body looks to me to be homemade.
