This lathe looks like it shares many design features as the Oliver...... I mean many! Socket rests are 1" in diameter. Tailstock uses the same 90-degree bent handle to lock/unlock the tailstock from the ways. I suppose a call to Rich Fink may uncover some answers.
A small used machinery dealer in Illinois had a similar lathe for sale for many years.... it was also labeled the same as this machine.
