The saw was left unsold after a country auction. I took the pictures and left, then thought about it for a few days and went back to buy it. It has a broken bearing carrier on the upper wheel, so the restoration is a "someday" thing. Wish I could find another one for parts, but nobody has ever heard of this maker. The frame is cast iron, while the door and wheels are aluminum. The stand looks to be original. It has a 1/6 hp motor, geared down at least 4 to 1. The door lifts off the pintle hinges. The lettering on the door reads "DION JUNIOR - Made in Canada" on the upper door, and "Dion Pattern and Machine Works, Hamilton" on the bottom of the door.
