Original owners manual was included (posted to the publication section).

UPDATE-July 2011: Mounted the grinder on a ho-made stand that came with my Atlas scroll saw to test the motor configuration.
The motor shaft is co-linear with the drive roller contacting the wheel and the pivot pin axis.
This configuration maintains fairly constant belt tension without the weight of the motor hanging on the drive roller bronze bearings.
It also allows me to swing the roller away from the grinding wheel for lubrication and inspection.
And it keeps the motor away from the water. Note the switch location in photo below.
Pipe fittings (1/8" NPT) and a ball valve were added to the drain.
