Bought off of Craigslist. It only has a 1 hp 3ph motor in it, which is too weak for heavy cuts, so I need to find a bigger motor at some point. The spindle cartridge has some slight damage, as did the spindle, so both had to be touched up to get to acceptable runout. Otherwise, with a new belt, bearings, and paint job it seems to be running fine. I bought a second dust door, but can't use it yet because the motor wires go through the side hole. I painted it cream & maroon to match the HD lathe I restored at the same time.
Edit: The machine specs were updated on 6/18/2012 to change the manufacture date. Based on the Delta Serial Number list, this shaper dates to 1946. The original date of this photo entry was 7/21/2010. Admin/DG

Fence and new door. The dust port on the fence works great after I mounted a PVC connector to adapt the size to my dust hose.

Freud cutterhead that came with it. Pretty large for a 1 hp motor.
