I found this mandrel in a "Bargain Barn" in Central Michigan. I did not buy it at first, then found out about AA on this site. Picked it up for a few $$ on a second trip.
The grinder needs to be cleaned up, and is missing the tool rests, but should be a good wire brush/buffing grinder.
The AA badge indicates Ann Arbor, MI as the location of the mfg.
I have found similar 4 & 6 inch grinders in the 1933 Craftsman General Line Catalog.
