Comments:
This jointer was acquired along with the 1941 20-200 table saw in January, 2010. Seems like this is the forerunner to the Homecraft 4" jointer, just the base is different. The locking pin was changed in the past -too short and smaller diameter- and corrected with the right length and diameter pin I made. When I found no other problems, I set it aside in the painting queue along with a few others. This jointer is run by the original motor, 8050 1/2hp 1725rpm that also power the 20-200 8" tilty top ts. I bought a welded combo stand to fit both machines. Also got a guard for this jointer. Had to replace the pulley side bearing.

Comments: Looks like the Homecraft 37-110 but it isn't.

Comments: Was missing the guard but later got one. The blades were remarkably sharp.

Comments: This is a weird part. Originally there was no set screw on this part and the pin behind this part was too thin and too short. Made the correct size pin and the fence locks up nicely.

Comments: Someone in the old factory must have had a hangover when this was applied;-).
