This planer came from a farm in Upstate New York. The PO remembers using it at a small sawmill on the farm back in the 1950's. It was boxed and shipped across the country, and used in a cabinet shop in Portland, OR.

Based on Patent info, it appears that this planer was made in the summer of 1873
