Comments:
This lathe was advertised on Kijiji locally and I was the first guy to get there and make an offer. The seller said it had been around "forever", and since he was young, I suspect it belonged to his father. It seems to be the only woodworking machine by P&W to show up so far.

Comments: The bed is 42" long, which leaves about 24" between centers. The original pulley for a flat belt has been replaced with a V-belt pulley.

Comments: The Vee-shaped slides on the bed are accomodated by a grooved base plate under the tool rest.

Comments: This drive center is probably not original. It looks homade to me, and would tend to split the wood it was driven into.

Comments: No doubt about who made it.
