Purchased from a fellow who was upgrading. Father owns a lot of late model Powermatics, and would talk about the older models wishing his were still made in the USA. I saw this on the web and contacted the owner. He knew it's value but refused to ship (I'm local) so I picked it up for $350 5-21-2010. Arrived and the owner set it up, we turned it on and cut through several pieces of wood. He def proved it was in fine working order.

The rubber wheels are showing signs of cracking, and the power cord could use replacement as well, however no shaking/vibration, smells etc... an oldie but a goodie! Etched into the ID plate is "Olympia #68" and etched into the cast casing is "Olympia #67". I have no idea of what this means or if this machine could possibly be assembled from different parts. Previous owner didn't have a clue.

A regular light swtich is installed, I plan to replace this with a machine switch and it is bolted to a plywood frame with 4 high quality locking casters.

Brought it home in my Honda Element, I treat that think like a pickup, but it fit just fine!
