This planer has 12" blades and with a 4" feed. Powered by a new 1-1/2 HP, 115/230 volt/60 HZ Craftsman motor (3450 RPM), it has a cast iron body and is situated on an homemade iron stand. The number 1747-1 are cast on the housing, twice, at each end of the blades.
