Comments:
Acquired near Barton, Oregon. A local interest machine presumably made in Portland. A post war special made of aluminum and cast iron. Similar design as Davis and Wells jointers.
My impression is that the production run was not sufficiently long to work out the bugs.
Large cutting circle. Sturdy gibs and large gib screws.
Infeed table lip too far from cutting circle.
Stout and sturdy for a little jointer.
Like Davis and Wells, allows facing over width material.
