These pictures were provided by Mel Miller, who provided the following description:
The saw is about 20" square, and made of cast iron.
The top is adjustable up/down.
Notice the large X on the side - Model 10. The blade is 8", but it looks like a 10" might fit.
Notice the cute square cast iron oil reservoir, I suspect the arbor bearings are babbitt.
There is another slot in the top, I'm not sure whether the gauge that's there is to be used in either position, or if something is missing.
The top is hinged, with a handle that swings out on the opening side.
