Craig's List find. Purchased this from 2nd owner Feb. 28, 1010. Original owner had it stored in a barn/shed for some time - sitting unused. Traded it to 2nd owner for some work around his place. 2nd owner did not use this machine very much and decided it was taking up space he need for something else. Drove 100 miles one way to pick it up. Saw is all there, albeit a little grimy from disuse. Plan on a full tear-down and complete restoration, including new decal and paint. This is on back burner, as I have finally, after 5 years of searching, found parts to fix my old sander. This will be second, and my bandsaw is next. Still looking for the illusive Craftsman 100 floor model drill press, although I could be persuaded to purchase a bench model if a good example comes along. Drill press is my final quest - for now anyway.

as found. it works, although I would not recommend plugging it in. cord has more breaks than can be counted. belt is beyond hope.

shot of the base and motor. motor is the original - 1/4 hp dunlap. no switch - just plug her in and go. all this to get stripped, primed, and painted. electricals to get an update too.

Shot to the motor. It was covered in sawdust when I put it on the truck - 100 mile dash back to the house at 80 mph took care of that.
