PO was an engineer for oil field companies. His (adult) children sold this and a few other tools after he passed away. It came with many small little bits of what appear to be tooling that he made. No telling what they are for, probably something very specific and used only once.
I bought this to make those little odds and ends that I need when restoring OWWM.
