This little cutie is another in the haul completed when going to pick up a Goodell Pratt lathe. The conversion to a sanding disc (double sided disc) seemed pretty straightforward, until you look at the "personal touches" implemented by the previous owner. The saw itself is a dead ringer for another one posted here,

The details are what set this one apart from the field. The custom blue cord, 10 cent plug, homemade motor mounts, motor cushion (old tire)and see-through motor plate all contribute to make this one unique. Just as the previous poster Tom Marshall stated, "good luck to me trying to find a fence".

this is the "cleaned up" shot; a few minutes with the air compressor. The rest are in "as-found" condition

motor info, note the nice air holes - good for ventilation & cooling, bad for sanding dust
