My granddad bought this jointer for me at Texfest 2 from Phil Morris for a small sum. I took it apart with my Papa's help, stripped the paint off, primed and painted the jointer. My grandpa helped me put it back together. The infeed and outfeed tables and the fence face had been blued by a previous owner.
The jointer came sitting on a scroll saw stand and was powered by a 1/2 HP Westinghouse motor. We had to put a larger pully on the motor since the cutterhead was only spinning around 1725 RPM. It now spins a little over twice that, maybe around 4000 RPM.
While stripping the paint, I found that there was a decal on the front. We are going to make one from the artwork on the site and put in on a water transfer decal paper. Hope it works OK.

The back showing the link belt. That is not rust under the fence, but a flash reflection.
