Item offered for sale on ebay. Bought by John Hutcheson on 12/13/03. See http://www.owwm.com/PhotoIndex/detail.asp?id=1253 for the restored version. He does a very nice job restoring all of his machines.

Seller included the following comments:

This is a fully equipped Bentel and Margedant 12" wood joiner manufactured in Hamilton, Ohio. The machine is in excellent condition. The machine has 30 different styles of cutting heads varying in different sizes. The table is in good shape and has overall dimensions of 30" wide, 48" fence distance, and the overall length is 80" to 89". The table has adjustments to drop 2-1/2" and has a working space 12" wide. the motor is a newer Seimans-Allis 7-1/2hp 3phase motor, 1750 rpm's and has a GE control box. The machine is fully functionally and ready to be used in any shop. This was used for many years in a pattern shop and has many different styles of heads to cut many different patterns. Not shown in the picture is extra tooling for the heads and fence. The approximate shipping weight with all the tooling is 2200lbs.
