I found this on the "local" C-list, and it met my requirements for being a WT, apparently complete, and in my "budget". PO said is was a "Champion"; I suspect once I get some good light, it will be a Sears "Companion".
Appears to be complete, actually has a couple of dull blades to measure from, and even notes on blade length and wheel rotation ;). Based on the MS, I believe it to be a Model 99 Companion BS - circa late 1930's. I have checked most of the reprints on the MS, and cannot find it in catalogs, or find a parts diagram for this saw.

Pretty small even by comparison to my 14" BS, it should be great for woodcarving rough-outs and other small projects.
