Huffstetler lumber co.bought it in the sixties.It was set up inside Maryville,Tn.A few years later the city declared the sq.head unsafe.They reorganized to city of Alcoa but never set it up.I bought it for $1800.I went back latter and bought the knife sharpener.I`ve used it ever since.I pulled it with an old Allis-Chalmers until ten years ago,then started using the Detroit.It has two pullys to change feed speed.Good lumber it will plane 2000-2500 bd.ft.per hour.Or in slow speed it makes a very good single sider.I have a tongue and groove heads set.The dust blower is in the loft.It blows the dust three hundred ft.down to an old road.
