From the re-seller I purchased this from he said it came out of a local school. The unit is a 220V 1HP 3PH motor that I have running on a FM50 220V single phase to 220V 3PH. The unit is completely stock with the original paint and in good condition. A couple indexes broke but most all are there. I still have all of the original magnetic switch gear stored but have converted the original switch to a latching unit for the FM50.
