I bought this on Craigslist from a guy in Weymouth, MA. He said that he (he was of retirement age) and his father used it for many years. They originally bought it from a nearby ship yard- I don't know when. When I bought it, it had been stored outside, under a tarp, for a year.
I've had to replace the top sleave bearing (custom made at a machine shop), but the bottom babbit bearing is good. I replaced both tires. The wheels are sort of true. The bottom wheel has about a 1/4" wobble to it. But the blade runs straight and true, all the while. I am slowly adding saftey coverings, and I plan to replace/add blade guides. The only missing peice is the handle to adjust the table angle, but a large wrench works well.
I will add more updated photos soon.
