Originally owned by a High School Industrial Arts Department. The program was dropped and replaced with a computer lab. The saw and the Instructor moved to a Vocational School in the same town. The 2hp 115/230v single phase motor was rewired, a new capacitor, start switch and bearings were installed before I acquired the saw. Arm ways in this saw are convex and carriage bearings concave. Both are in like new condition. The saw still needed to be upgraded with a carriage return reel and additional blade guarding to meet safety standards. A substantial investment. School officials just weren't comfortable with the newer students operating this type saw. It was replaced with a new DeWalt 12" sliding miter. Two carbide ATB, one Disston steel blade and a 10" DeWalt dado set came with the deal. Just needed a base, table, tune up and paint job to be back in operation. Excellent machine!
