I spotted this on CL, 01/10, posted as "Delta 4" jointer - $25". Seller said I was the second to call and he was only 15 minutes away so I had to check it out. Seller stated a friend gave it to him to help with his hobby of restoring wood boats, but said it is too small to be of use to him. It runs, but vintage 1/2 HP GE motor needs work and missing a few parts.

Update: Found second jointer to make "best of" and sold off remaining parts. Went to a brother and his shop is very small, so I made a bench stand so he can put on a shelf. Seems to work well for his smaller scale projects.
