Comments:
This saw belongs to a friend of mine who lives in Michigan. I took these pictures in his shop two or three years ago. Although many of his machines are driven by an overhead lineshaft, this particular one has been motorized.

The table is hinged at the front. The handwheel turns a worm, which meshes with a worm gear segment, and turns to raise or lower the table at the rear to effectively change the blade height. The arbor is fixed, and there is no provision for making bevel cuts.

Electric motor and connections aside, the machine is complete and original. If you look at the ad for this machine that's shown in this manufacturer's listing, you'll see that the restoration appears pretty accurate. Although it appears to be a piece of fine furniture as much as a machine, it is used frequently and works quite well.
