Just posted to OWWM site/Recent Submissions. I am thinking of buying this to upgrade to 3hp/3ph. It's at a decent price, but it seems to be a little odd in that there seems lot of Rockwell but little Delta on it. Does anyone have a thought as to what I ought to look out for? All else seems fine, but seller has not yet hooked it up for final view. He wants $500, new blade included.

Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
