I bought this machine plus an old drill press and a joiner at a yard sale. I paid 100 bucks for all three.

The story is this machine was in continuous use by the Memphis City Schools, then later by the father-in-law of the seller.

I had no time to so much as check the belt--I had to put it into service right away.

I think I put a stove-bolt in one of its legs at one point. This machine works very well, except for a little green arcing in the motor which someone who knows about these things could probably easily diagnose.
