Millers Falls Company of 98 Reade Street, New York, are introducing a track drill intended for drilling holes through rails for electric bonding wires, and binding rods, etc. One rail is grasped by lugs formed on the end of a yoke, the shank of which is bent, as shown in the engraving. From the shank extends a bar, which spans the track and carries at its outer part an adjustable step to adapt the device for use upon tracks of any gauge.
