The ad says:
Jonsereds Gjuteri och Mekaniska Verkstäder produces all sort of cast goods from iron etc. etc.; machinery, tools, such as elevators of many types, large and small presses with a base and accessories for tobacco, wool, paper, etc.; mangle machines, iron stoves, large and small cooking utensils, steam cookers, wheelbarrow wheels, urns and vases, fencing, grave crosses, water wheels of iron with gearing, shafting and pulleys for mills and factories, lighthouses, etc.; cogwheels, gearing and straight gears, etc.; for sawmills saw frames, circular saws, edging saws with bases and gearing; pumps of all types, sprayers, presses for yarn, large and small bolts with nuts manufactured by machine, large and small gears and gearing manufactured by a gear cutting machine with precisely cut gears, shafting and bearing blocks, etc.
Diverse ship items such as blocks, cranes for loading and unloading goods, stoves, pumps for ships, all sorts of clocks, cast brass parts, etc.
Diverse types of farming machinery such as seed drill, harvesting machines, ploughs, etc.; threshing machines, patented wagon axels, etc.
Orders from supplied drawings or patterns will be produced as soon as possible and with the highest precision.
