CARBORUNDUM products are serving in turning out the justly famous Landis Grinders. In the big Landis Plant at Waynesboro, Pa., you will find Carborundum and Aloxite Wheels on cylindrical and internal work, grinding precision parts of the Landis machines, the shaftings and the pulleys– Aloxite Wheels doing the work on steel, Carborundum on cast iron.
And when a Landis machine is finished and ready for the market it is nearly always equipped with a Carborundum or an Aloxite wheel or both.
A Landis grinder and Carborundum or Aloxite wheels is a splendid grinding combination. |
