Founded around 1920 to sell valve surfacers. In 1932, Kwik-Way introduced the first modern cylinder boring machine for reconditioning engine cylinders. In the 1960's this firm acquired the Lempco Products line of surface grinders and presses and in 2001 they acquired Van-Norman Equipment Co. who manufactured Van-Norman Flywheel Grinders.
