This patent for a circular-saw swaging machine was the subject of a lawsuit that was decided, in Lyon's favor, in the Illinois Circuit Court on 1888-04-23. See patent 301,696 for the details. Lyon was manufacturing this machine, which he sold for $150 including a profit of $50. |
