Founded 1964. All current machines are highly automated. Bought the "XL Rip" and "XL Moldmatcher" products from Stetson-Ross in 1983, who had bought them in 1962 from Smithway Machine Co., Inc. At the same time they bought the Paulson machine from Stetson-Ross, which is a heavy-duty version of the XL Moldmatcher, plus the XL Kerfsaver, which is a band resaw. Brand names include Tyler, MBD, XL, Handy, MR, Paulson, and Turner.
