  In the late 1980s Black & Decker sold the rights to DeWalt radial arm saws to a pair of its former executives, who formed Lancaster Machinery Co. Lancaster Machinery went bankrupt and the rights to the DeWalt radial arm saws were bought by a new company, The Original Saw Co., which moved production to Britt, IA.
