This company has been around since 1855. In the late 1800s they made tablesaws and routing machines. Some, but not all, of the machines were primarily intended for the use of printers.
The sons, by the way, were Vernon Royle and John Royle, Jr. They were jointly awarded several patents for machine designs.
There is some connection between this firm and F. Wesel Manufacturing Co., in that machines have been seen that are identical except that some are branded Royle and others are branded Wesel.
