The company dates to 1901, according to a trademark filing. Their product line is aimed at die-making and printing, but some early machines were also suitable for woodworking. In 1945-1948, they manufactured the Multiform Bender-Cutter, a bench tool for flat metal stock. See also Richards' Industries, Inc., Grand Rapids, MI.
