The Fuller Mfg. Co. was successor to the G. T. Eames Co. in manufacturing the "New Yankee" line of twist drill grinders which spanned the range of drill sizes from tiny No. 60 drill bits to a 5-inch bit. In about May of 1900 the business was acquired by the newly formed Wilmarth & Morman Co., which had been formed expressly for that purpose. Charles D. Fuller was the titular head of Fuller Mfg. Co., and he became the treasurer of the Wilmarth & Morman Co.
