Around 1915 to 1922 (and likely for longer) Clark Foundry Co manufactured a wood splitter and a combined punch and shear.

September 1915 The Foundry, in a list of exhibitors at the upcoming Annual Foundry and Machine Exhibition at Atlantic City. "Clark Foundry, Rumford, Me.—A combined punch and shear will be shown; represented by F. B. Clark and S. J. Gonya."
