Kohler General Corp. filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in 1982. They ceased operations at the end of 2002. The Advanced Woodworking Equipment LLC was created by Nancy and Peter Kohler to buy the assets of Kohler General, but we have found no information on this firm after March 2003.
